Our t-shirts are jersey short sleeved styles and are a regular fit.

All t-shirts should be washed at cool temperatures with like colours to best preserve quality.

We want you to be really happy with everything you order and receive from us so if something isn't right then please let us know. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us at highguysuk@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).

 

Once you have been in touch with us we ask that you return the item/s to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition in its original packaging for either an exchange or a full refund.

 

You must the return the products at your own cost. You are responsible for the returned items until they are received at our address so we recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate which you can get from the Post Office as we won't be able to process your refund until we are in receipt of the goods. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.

 

We will replace all damaged or faulty items free of charge or, if you return the item to us within 14 days, issue you with a full refund.

 

If a returned product is faulty, then we will return the original delivery cost plus the postage paid by you to send it back to us but please contact us before returning the item so that we can arrange to send you a returns post label or even arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.
